Yesterday was banana bread. Today we like to make healthy breakfast pizza with ripe bananas, which is loved by the little ones as well. The good thing: You only need three ingredients. Oat pizza is especially suitable for losing weight because both oat flakes and bananas keep you full for longer and provide significant fiber. This breakfast pizza contains approximately 204 calories per serving.

  • 2 ripe bananas, 160 g oats, 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt

  • Fruit of your choice for topping

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees above and below.

  2. Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the rolled oats and maple syrup. Make three small pizzas from the mixture and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper, rolling out more if necessary. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes

  3. Meanwhile, chop the fruits.

  4. Remove breakfast pizza from oven and let cool. Then spread with curd and wrap the fruit on top.

Pizza works great with a variety of toppings!
