The Swiss Curlers clearly won their third game at the World Championships in Prince George.
Swiss curlers around Skip Silvana Tirinzoni celebrate their third win in the third game of the round robin at the World Championships. After two early victories against Scotland and Sweden, the CC Aarau team gave the Canadian players little chance on Monday night and won 11:3.
In the fifth end, the Swiss were able to steal a stone before they made the final decision with a four-way home in the sixth. Under the leadership of Skip Kerry Einerson, the Canadians again gave up early.
Switzerland’s next rivals are Turkey and Italy (Tuesday night).
