The troubles related to Justin Bieber and his world tour do not stop here. After the pop star had already postponed the dates in September, now she has to take this step again. About 50 concerts have also been affected in Germany. Bieber struggles with extreme exhaustion.
Plagued by postponements and cancellations, pop star Justin Bieber’s world tour has been interrupted once again. According to a statement on the Canadian singer’s tour website, all concerts planned for the end of March will have to be postponed to a later date. No specific reason was given for the postponement.
In September, Bieber interrupted his world tour for health reasons. Six concerts in Europe would have asked for a lot from him, and at a performance in Rio de Janeiro he gave everything to the Brazilians, Bieber wrote on Instagram in early September. The singer continued, “After coming off the stage, I felt exhausted and realized that I have to prioritize my health right now.”
Bieber revealed in June that he had Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which left his face partially paralyzed. They then canceled several planned US concerts on the “Justice World Tour” in June and July.
Five gigs planned in Germany
The latest postponement has affected more than 50 scheduled concerts in countries including Japan, Australia, Thailand, Portugal, France, England, Sweden and Poland. Five performances in Germany will also be postponed. They were scheduled for 2023 in Hamburg (January 16), Cologne (January 31), Frankfurt (February 2), Berlin (February 4) and Munich (March 9).
According to the Mayo Clinic website, Ramsay Hunt syndrome is caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox. The syndrome is an outbreak of shingles that affects the facial nerve near one ear and can cause unilateral facial paralysis and hearing loss.
