It has been almost a year since Harry and Meghan were made public to withdraw plans from the British royal family. During this time, the Duchess’s photographer was ambushed in Canada. It came under a legal dispute in which anyone can now agree.

Photo series with 25 pictures

Duchess Meghan has now settled a dispute with a photo agency that included photos of her and her son Archie without permission. As lawyers for the former “Suits” actress explained to the London High Court on Friday, the Splash UK agency undertook not to take more pictures of Prince Harry, his wife or his son in the future.

Splash photographers photographed Meghan and Archie with a telephoto lens while walking dogs on Vancouver Island in Canada in January. Also, according to Meghan’s lawyer Jenny Afia, a splash photographer almost monitored the house the family had retired to in Canada and shot the photo above the fence.

“Clear indication that aggressive paparazzi behavior will not be tolerated”

Law firm Shillings described the agreement as “a clear indication that illegal, offensive and interfering paparazzi behavior will not be tolerated”. Another case against Splash US is pending. Harry and Meghan have a difficult relationship with the press. Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan announced their plans to retire as working members of the British royal family in January this year. In March, the couple officially withdrew from the royal family’s frontline.
