Investing.com – Canada shares were higher after closing on Friday, and higher in profit.
It rose 0.42% during business in Toronto and hit a new all-time high.
The season’s best performers were Eldorado Gold Corp (TSX :), which rose 10.17% or 1.50 points to close at 16.25. Meanwhile, BlackBerry Limited (TSX 🙂 added 5.64% or 0.88 points to end at 16.48. Interfor Corp (TSX 🙂 rose 5.45% or 1.45 points to 27.98 in late trade.
Worst performance of the season Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc (TSX :), which fell 7.47% or 2.07 points to end at 25.65 in late trade. Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc (TSX 🙂 was down 2.69% or 1.10 points to close at 39.86. Parkland Fuel Corp (TSX 🙂 fell 2.65% or 1.06 points to 38.90.
Finishing the rising stock from 691 to 354 and ending 86 unchanged on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The one that measures the implied volatility of the S&P / TSX options was unchanged at 0% at 11.27.
Gold futures for April delivery were up 1.21% or 21.75 to $ 1,812.95 troy ounces. Elsewhere in commodities trading, crude oil for delivery in March rose 1.03%, or $ 0.58, to $ 56.81 a barrel, while the April Brent oil contract rose 0.53%, or $ 0.31, to $ 59.31 a barrel.
CAD / USD was down 0.51% to 0.7833, while CAD / EUR fell 0.14% to 0.6506.
US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.56% at 91.037.
