In the old city of Hoyerswerda, an apartment is being built for tenants who like a lot of space – and who can help design future residents.

In an apartment building in the old city of Hoyerswerda, the housing company Hoyerswerda mbH is making a real “room dream”. The floor plan converted the 5-room apartment into a house. M Alsterstrand 4 was merged into two apartments and so in the future it would have about 120.5 square meters of space.
A spacious living and dining area and daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub promise real-life comfort. A total of ten windows and the location of the apartment on the fourth floor of the house ensure daylight in the rooms. The walls of the apartment are stacked.
