Agreed on social plan for 800 employees

In the coming year, the Real headquarters in Düsseldorf will also be closed. In mid-May, the actual Management and Works Council at the head office agreed on a social plan for about 800 employees.

The social plan, negotiated in seven rounds of talks, was presented to employees in a Digital Works meeting. The respective severance pay depends on age and takes into account both past earnings and length of service with the company.
