Salma Hayek celebrated her 55th birthday on 2 September. In a new Instagram post in which the Mexico-born Hollywood star presents herself in a blue swimsuit, congratulate Hayek Hayek wrote of the picture, “Happy 55th birthday to me.” The actress is looking forward to “new adventures” and is grateful, as she explains with the hashtag #grateful.

Many fans and colleagues certainly balked at congratulating Hayek in the comments. Jason Momoa left many hearts and Melanie Griffith also wished “Beautiful Salma”. ‘Game of Thrones’ stars Richard Madden and Pierce Brosnan also attended.
