Three surfers injured in monster wave

They wanted to set a new record, but end up in the hospital: huge waves in Nazaré, Portugal undoing three experienced surfers.

On the waterfront of the city of Nazaré in Portugal Known for its huge waves and hence a popular destination for surfers. As reported by the Portuguese news medium “CentroTV”, there was free surfing on Saturdays.

Renowned American surfer breaks his arm

One of them is American athlete CJ Macias, brother-in-law of well-known surfer Garrett McNamara. According to “CentroTV”, CJ Macias broke his arm due to a fall and had to be hospitalized.

Frenchman Pierre Rowlett also came to the hospital after being crushed by a jet ski. On the other hand, French lady Justin Dupont came near the rocks after the fall, but was saved.
