Deutsche Post DHL Group Makes more packing stations, one from last year changed operation Today at the packing station itself, customers were once again informed by email about innovations regarding the operation of the packing station. Scannable pick-up codes are now being offered as a mandatory feature, with the aim of making it more convenient at Packstation.

Customers who are not yet activated, should make their smartphone suitable for the new pick-up code, as from April 1, 2022, they will switch to a fully scannable pick-up code. To pick up a package addressed directly to the packing station, all you need is the Post and DHL app and a scannable pick-up code, which is generated directly in the app. Simply put the code in front of the Packstation scanner, select the compartment with your shipment, and the compartment will open.
