Tonight at 7pm Apple will introduce its first new products for 2022. As always, the invitation of the event was “Peak Performance – Our Idea of Performance” which can be followed through live stream.

Summing up the current state of information and expectations, you can expect at least one new Mac tonight, including a new iPhone SE, a new iPad Air, and perhaps a different Apple Display.
On the Mac side, there is similar discussion of Apple’s announcement of the M2 processor and the presentation of a new desktop computer called “macstudio“. Apple should put it between the Mac mini and Mac Pro and it seems at least possible that we’ll see the “Pro version” of the Mac mini that many users are already eagerly waiting for. The matching new “Apple Studio Display” can be described as an affordable smaller and simpler version of Apple’s XDR screen.
A new iPhone SE – possibly with 5G support – and a new iPad Air, which according to the latest rumours could be based on Apple’s M1 processor like the iPad Pro, are believed to be scheduled for today. On top of that, Apple is about to offer the iPhone 13 in an additional color variant “Green”.
Plus, we’ll probably find out tonight when Apple will release major upcoming software updates for Mac and iOS — macOS 12.3 and iOS 15.4 — for all users.
