– Cody Rhodes’ new WWE contract apparently includes a clause that allows him to pursue certain other projects outside of sports entertainment. Of course, he could already do this in All Elite Wrestling, but then Cody was often dropped from the show due to a Kayfabe injury. A recent issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter states that Cody could be on the second season of TBS’ “Go Big Show” if there is a third season. Meanwhile, the reality show Roads to the Top, of course, will not continue as it was an AEW project. An interesting side note: Of course, even at TNT, they had no idea how the show would continue or what would happen to the material they had already filmed. Even at the station, some of those responsible were certain that Cody’s transformation would only be a matter of work – this could now probably be ruled out.

– Brock Lesnar was absent from Raw after the Mania edition. Fightful Select reports that was the plan as well. It is unclear when Lesnar will return to the WWE show, but he has been announced for both WrestleMania Backlash on May 8 and Money in the Bank on July 2.

– Official audience figures for “WrestleMania 38” are now known. 65,719 tickets were allotted for the second day, while 65,653 seats could be filled for the second day. However, Wrestling Observer makes it clear that out of a total of 131,372 tickets, at least 5,500 were free tickets. On both days, some fans were also taken to fill unsold, more expensive seats, of which there are said to be about 1,100. The total number of 156,352 viewers given by WWE was, unsurprisingly, a bit embellished. Overall, one can assume that WWE was actually able to sell between 57,000 and 60,000 tickets on both days of “WrestleMania”. Since similar official sales figures were achieved at previous “WrestleManias”, it can be assumed that a “WrestleMania” that lasted more than one day instead of two would not bring the man more tickets.
