The civil case is about suspicions that Trump’s company, the Trump Organization, could have counted his real estate holdings. Prosecutor James suspects the company of inflating property values ​​to get cheap credit. There are other cases against Trump and his corporate group as well. The Manhattan Attorney’s Office is conducting a criminal investigation into the Trump Organization for alleged tax fraud.
