Doomsday-obsessed mother Lori Vallow desires her $1 million bond reduced in the disappearance and loss of life of her two young children, according to new court docket papers submitted by her attorney.
Defense lawyer Mark Means stated in papers submitted Tuesday in court in Idaho that Vallow should really have her hefty bail revisited because prosecutors in Madison County dropped two felony expenses towards her on July 2, and she now only faces misdemeanor counts, KIVI-Television documented Wednesday.
“Defendant asserts felony fees regarding previous bond placing ended up dismissed and as this kind of bond must be reset to mirror present charges evident in the newly filed Amended Legal Grievance,” Indicates wrote.
“Defendant requests this courtroom to evaluate relevant conditions underneath Prison Statute and Felony Rule as it pertains to bond reduction.”

Vallow, 46, faces misdemeanor costs of resisting and obstructing an officer, solicitation of a criminal offense, and contempt of court in the fatalities of Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, and his sister, 17-year-aged Tylee Ryan, whose continues to be have been found buried on property belonging to Vallow’s spouse, Chad Daybell.
