If 40 Alliance fighters in WoW team up to raid a Horde city, perhaps they should be careful not to go up in an elevator all at once. Because otherwise they get off again quickly, but without a lift.
Wow a lot has changed over time. New features and mechanics came and went, and many traditions got out of the way. One of them is regular raids on enemy faction capitals. Hardly a weekend hasn’t gone by a 40-man squad in Classic to break bosses in Stormwind, Orgrimer, Ironforge, or Thunder Bluff.
inflow (buy now , Classic, this tradition has come up again and again, though rarely. Because there was nothing to gain for the brave heroes of the Horde and Alliance except fame and glory. Nevertheless, from time to time it happened that 40 players got together to move towards enemy territory. Most of the time they were more successful than this brave group of allies.
40 Alliance Against A Sorcerer
Each capital in WoW has its own disadvantages when attacking. Stormwind and Orgrimer have large gates that you have to go through (since you can’t fly there in Classic). Same goes for Ironforge, Donnerfels, on the other hand, is a different house number. There are many avenues of leadership here. However, they all have one thing in common. To get there, our heroes will have to go up in an elevator.
If each hero moves individually, the defending hoarders have an easier time. Now you might think that it would be a particularly clever idea if the whole raid went together. Well, this may sound logical in theory, but in practice it’s semi-good. But see for yourself:
A lone wizard (yes, it could have been a Druid as well as sideways) was enough to stop the Alliance push and wipe out half of it. Granted, there were a lot of other hoardlers waiting at Thunder Bluff. So the magician was not alone. But he didn’t need to intervene and could laugh at the collapse of so many members of the alliance.
