One of Canada’s five great lakes, on the banks of the Lake Huron, this impressive 1600 second home is located about an hour from London, Ontario.
With the intention of creating a contemporary, durable, versatile, low-maintenance space with an attractive and stunning appearance, the Neolith was chosen for both indoor and outdoor use.
A contemporary waterfront home designed by Mark Bulivant and Johan Basson SAOTA (Cape Town, South Africa), in collaboration with Steven Cooper and Phil Sharon Vastu Studio Inc (London, Ontario).

Architects have designed the room in such a way that the setting sun from the living room creates a dramatic effect in summer and at the same time designed a casual, playful appearance; Since the house was built for the comfort and entertainment of the whole family.
The entire exterior of the house is clad in Neolith, the 2000m2 material used for the Ceramitex facade system and the Unity fastening technology owned by Alemex, while the installation was done by Ontario Panelization.

Stones kept inside the house …
In collaboration with sales associates Marble Trend and Ontario Panelization, the entire interior was combined with Neolith, Floors, bathrooms, kitchen ceilings, various corridors and staircases that span three floors.
The interior color palette is a subtle continuation of the exterior, with a strategic balance between light and dark tones. For the floors while Neolith Silver mattress Was used, the model came Pit The fireplace and exterior lighting are used to mimic the presence of black metal on the screen.
The material’s smooth transition from inside to outside was also helped by stone and texture artist, Eva Chalinsky, who hand-painted the corners of each surface to match the model used for the cladding.
