Düsseldorf The Bachelor Sharon Batiste has a long journey behind her. In Thailand, she met 20 different men over a period of several weeks, but only one rose in the end. Is Sharon still with her chosen one?
It is indeed an evening of great feelings. High above the roofs of Bangkok, Bachelorette Sharon welcomes the final two nominees of the current season: Lucas and Jan. Here she has to make her decision: Who gets the last rose? Together they review their time in Thailand and Sharon confesses her feelings. But “a little more” for one of the two, as she admits to Lucas. And so the verdict comes on Jan, who happily accepts the last rose. But are the two still together after the show is over?
The answer was finally found in Thursday night’s big reunion show that aired after the finale. Sofia Thomalla, who moderated the reunion instead of Frocke Ludowig, asked the all-important question shortly before the end. And the clear answer to both: Yes! They are still a couple. Sharon assured that she was very happy with her partner, Jan, but was also afraid of everyday life. Therefore, there is not much distance in the relationship of both and till now there has been no dispute. They didn’t even say “I love you” to each other.
However, Sharon and Jan are currently in a long distance relationship, which certainly doesn’t make it easy to see each other on a regular basis. “We’ll manage it,” remarked Jan, as casually as ever. It remains to be seen whether the same will happen in the future. But it is clear that they survived the end of the show together and surpassed many other bachelors and bachelor couples.
