Munich – Alphonso Davis has been voted the footballer of the year 2020 in his native Canada. FC Bayern Munich’s 20-year-old left-back succeeds Jonathan David, who received the honor in 2019. For Davis, this is the second award after Canada as Footballer of the Year in Canada.
