With famous club Mohun Bagan now turning out to be ATK Mohun Bagan to ply its trade in the Indian Super League (ISL), football enthusiasts in the nation seem to be to be wanting their cross-city rivals East Bengal to reignite their rivalry in a new avatar completely.

But prior to additional this kind of rumours started to do the rounds, Bengaluru FC CEO Mandar Tamhane has disclosed that JSW isn’t really looking to commit in the legendary club to convey it into the ISL. But he insisted that they would like to see East Bengal in the ISL to maximize the rivalry among leading groups in the league.

“We are undoubtedly not investing in East Bengal and we would absolutely not like to spend in East Bengal,” Tamhane told reporters via Zoom on Monday.

“What we would like is if they could be a part of Indian Tremendous League, we would be a lot more than content simply because that would increase the kind of a rivalry among the golf equipment that are included.

“But that fully depends on them and not on us. So we will certainly is not going to be investing in them,” he added.

Tamhane made these revelations on the sidelines of announcement of a scholarship program commenced by The Sporting activities School, in affiliation with Bengaluru FC.

The scholarships, covering both equally sporting activities and teachers, will be made available to college students in the U-13, U-15, and U-18 age categories.

“Our affiliation with The Sports College has enabled us to see a whole lot more young children who have probable in the activity, and this scholarship method is just one of our most critical initiatives as a club,” Tamhane reported.

“Our aim has always been to ensure that gamers who can make it to the top rated are given a crystal clear pathway to do so.”
