Shiny Tesla founder Elon Musk has put his last remaining asset up for sale. This is a huge mansion near San Francisco. The businessman wants to invest the proceeds in his company.
Tesla– And Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX, has put up his last house for sale. If the $37 million villa (30 million euros) finds a buyer, they say they no longer have any assets of their own.
The billionaire wrote on Twitter: “I have decided to sell my last house. It just has to go to a big family that wants to live there. This is a special place.”
Musk had already announced in May 2020 that he wanted to move away from his homes. Its total value is said to be around $100 million. The entrepreneur wants to invest the money in his space activities. Musk says he has no official income in Tesla, but continues to sell stock options that expire.
The 100-year-old mansion in Hillsboro, near San Francisco, was last used for events. It has 10 bedrooms besides a spacious dance hall, dining room and professional kitchen equipments. The property is approximately 1,500 square feet.
