Blue Origin announces first manned flight

The New Shepard rocket is scheduled to launch in space on July 20. First time wants from space company Adventuressfounded by Jeff bezos Bringing people into space. For this, the company is auctioning a seat in the Astronaut capsule. The company Blue Origin announced it was possible to bid online from Wednesday, and the winner should be determined on June 12. The company’s announcement stated, “This seat will change the way you look.” The passenger rocket has successfully completed 15 unmanned test runs.

The flight would take a total of ten minutes, of which four minutes would be spent above the Kraman line, marking the boundary between the Earth’s atmosphere and space. At an altitude of about 100 kilometers, the crew on board can experience weightlessness and see the curvature of the Earth from space.

The company would like to offer short trips to tourists in the future. The passenger capsule is powered by a small, reusable rocket that separates from the capsule and returns to Earth once it reaches flight altitude. The capsule itself returns to the surface of the earth after colliding with the parachute.

Bezos founded Blue Origin about 20 years ago. In mid-April, the company last tested a rocket called “New Shepard” with an astronaut capsule. It reached a height of about 105 kilometers before returning to Earth. For the first time, company employees rehearsed some astronauts’ work before take-off and after landing, but the actual test flight remained unmanned.
