As part of the ongoing IIHF Congress in St. Petersburg (Russia), the schedule for the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing was published.
The men’s national team competes in Group A against hosts China, Canada and the United States. The Olympic ice hockey competition will be held in the Chinese capital at two ice hockey arenas – the National Indoor Stadium and the Wukesong Sports Center.

The schedule of the Women’s Olympic Ice Hockey Tournament was also published today. The DEB women’s national team is fighting to compete in the Olympic Games next November as part of a qualification tournament in Füssen.
Opponents are Denmark, Austria and a qualifier that will not be determined until next October. In a single round, four teams play the winner of the qualifying tournament in Fusen, which automatically receives a ticket to Beijing.
