Investing.com – Canadian stocks were higher after closing on Thursday, and gains soared higher.

The end of business in Toronto gained 0.76%, hitting a new all-time high.

Present season’s best performance Canada Fart Holdings Inc (TSX :), which rose 22.16% or 9.95 points to close at 54.85. Seven Generation Energy Ltd (TSX πŸ™‚ Meanwhile ended at 7.20 adding 7.87% or 0.53 points. Methanx Corp (TSX πŸ™‚ was up 5.84% or 2.54 points to trade at 46.04.

Worst performance of the season New Gold Inc. (TSX :), which fell 7.53% or 0.180 points to end at 2.23 in late trade. NFI Group Inc (TSX πŸ™‚ lost 4.24% or 1.30 points to close at 29.34. Wesdom Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX πŸ™‚ fell 4.54% or 0.43 points to 9.04.

Shares kept falling from 613 to 422 and 101 remained unchanged on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Shares of Canada Fart Holdings Inc. (TSX πŸ™‚ hit a 52-week high; Getting 22.16% or 9.95 to 54.85. Shares of Seven Generation Energy Limited (TSX πŸ™‚ reached a 52-week high; Added 7.87% or 0.53 to 7.20.

The one that measures the implied volatility of the S&P / TSX options was unchanged at 0% at 11.27.

Gold futures for April delivery were down 2.34% or 42.90 to $ 1,792.20 troy ounces. In the commodities business, crude oil delivered in March rose 1.08%, or $ 0.60, to $ 56.29 a barrel, while the April Brent oil contract rose 0.32%, or $ 0.19, to $ 58.88 a barrel.

CAD / USD fell 0.34% to 0.7793 while CAD / EUR rose 0.25% to 0.6515.

US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.50% to 91.558.
