Radstad – Austrian Ski World Cup racer Christopher Neumayer has been vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus. The speed specialist is well aware that if the move had been disallowed it would have made an impossible start in the race in Canada. Manuel Feller recently announced that he was expecting a second dose after the giant slalom at Solden.
Neumayer, 29, had long been unsure whether he should get the vaccine. A case of Salzburger’s personal environment also made him very thoughtful. The person from Pongau will soon receive a second vaccination. In early November, the SV Speed Aces set out to train at Copper Mountain before the Fast Man was back in action at Lake Louise after a year-long break.
Christopher Neumayer found that vaccination during Super-G training does not prevent falls. Fortunately, the left knee was only slightly affected. After a short break in training, Neumayer can strike again, so traveling abroad is not in danger.
