When DHL When its parcels are sent, customers get a message. You can pretty much see when your delivery arrives. But if a note suddenly ends up in the mailbox, even if you’re at home, there’s a lot of annoyance.

In fact, the customer is so angry that he threatens the company with legal action. “If the package is not delivered by tomorrow (Wednesday), I will probably file a complaint against the deliverer and file a lawsuit against DHL,” threatens a Facebook user.

The DHL social media team responded to the public’s complaint and apologized. “I’m sorry for the trouble,” writes a spokesperson and asks for her shipment number. “We’ll take a look at that,” she assured.
