Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, will arrive in the state capital on Tuesday, September 6, a year before INVICTUS GAMES DÜSSELDORF 2023. There they will meet with senior executives, future contestants and their friends and family.

We are pleased to announce the Invictus Games Foundation, the host city and patron of the Invictus Games Park in Mercour. Spiel-Arena for next year’s Games,” Dr. Stefan Keller, Lord Mayor of the state capital Düsseldorf.
Premiere for Germany
The Invictus Games will be held for the first time in Germany from September 9 to 16, 2023. More than 500 wounded, wounded and sick soldiers and ex-servicemen from 21 countries will compete in ten sports in a friendly competition. The Games are held every two years at a different venue internationally, with Vancouver in Canada and Whistler hosting 2025.
For the competitors, the Games are less about medals and more about celebrating their difficult, personal journey in life. The fact that the last person at the finish line gets the biggest compliment is not a delight at the Invictus Games, but a living tradition that ensures unforgettable emotional moments. The motto of INVICTUS GAMES DÜSSELDORF 2023 is “A Home for Honour”. and are organized jointly by the Bundeswehr and the city of Düsseldorf. This is unique in the history of the Invictus Games.

ABOUT INVICTUS GAMES DÜSSELDORF 2023: Launched in 2014 by Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, and has since been held in London, Orlando, Toronto, Sydney and The Hague, the Invictus Games 2023 was held in Germany for the first time Will go Time.
