“I think a lot of people do that” ,
Elon Musk wants to get rid of the “bad habit”.
The high-flyer still sees the potential for adaptation…
Tesla and SpaceX boss Elon Musk (51) talks about his morning routine — and announces he wants to change that.
“I have a bad habit — and I suspect many people do — immediately. [morgens] Looking at my phone,” Musk said on the FullSend podcast. “It’s a really terrible habit.”
The entrepreneur shares this habit with many people: According to a study by the “International Data Corporation,” nearly 80 percent of smartphone users in the United States look at their phone within the first 15 minutes of waking up. With Musk, it’s not just a quick scan: The first 30 minutes of the day are spent checking e-mail, as he explained in an interview with “Auto Build” a few years ago.
“I run SpaceX and Tesla, so usually something that happens overnight,” he said on the podcast. Nevertheless, the e-mail check should be postponed and replaced with at least something healthy after waking up.
“I [muss] Train and get in better shape,” Musk said on the FullSend podcast. “So now I won’t look at my phone immediately after waking up, but will train for at least 20 minutes – then I’ll look at my phone.”
