DKB customers can see double debit from current account. The bank talks of a technical fault and wants to fix the problem quickly. Customers are not required to take action themselves.
Check accounts in Deutsche CreditBank (DKB) have led to incorrect postings. DirectBank’s online banking portal says, “Incorrect booking may currently be appearing in your checking account.” A company spokesperson attributed the technical fault to the cause.
“Our experts are already looking after a solution,” said a DKB spokesperson. It is important that the affected customers do not have to do anything. “Bookings are automatically canceled and refunded.”

The bank apologized and asked to be patient.
