The 129 billion euro entrepreneur mogul Bezos is said to have gained 15kg of muscle mass through intense strength training.
Fitness units mainly include dumbbell and barbell and body weight exercises. Bezos is said to have reduced his body fat percentage to 13 percent (normal range: 16 to 26 percent).
The Amazon mogul has changed his diet as well: he avoids prepared meals and eats lots of protein, healthy fats, and starchy foods (like potatoes).
