Johnny Depp: He may sue Amber Heard again Entertainment

She won’t stop speaking publicly about Johnny Depp (59). But is Amber Heard (36) aware of the possible consequences ahead?

The actress recently lost out to her ex in a mutual defamation lawsuit. Nevertheless, she continues to publicly complain about the Hollywood star. Most recently, he reiterated and deepened his allegations against Depp in front of millions of viewers in a TV interview on NBC.

Amber Heard insists that Johnny Depp abused her physically and mentally.

Apparently Amber Heard is now planning a book as well. However, this can cost them dearly.

In the most recent defamation lawsuit, Heard was ordered to pay Depp $8 million in damages. He doesn’t have money.

And the statements in her NBC interview could undo that again. Legal experts see this as a clear defamation of a Hollywood star.

Among other things, the focus has been on Heard’s suggestion that other women were abused by Johnny Depp. Literally, she said, “No other woman has arrived because look what happened to me when I reached you?”

US Attorney Floyd Adams said of the Heard interview on Law & Crime: “Everything sounds defamatory. Whenever she says or suggests clearly enough that she did something wrong, it’s about killing someone. So far, it’s definitely reprehensible.”

Adams is one of the top legal experts in the USA. As a First Amendment attorney, his specialty is the freedom of opinion and speech guaranteed by the First Amendment to the US Constitution.

Does Depp-X risk another lawsuit from Depp with his repeated statements? Adams: “If he sued, I think he had a very good chance.”

However, legal experts would not advise the Hollywood star to go back to court. “From my point of view, Johnny Depp has few options. Probably the wisest thing to do is to do nothing.”

Johnny Depp’s team said before the Heard interview aired, “It is unfortunate that while Johnny wants to move on with his life, the defendant and his team are once again settled by the court and handed down a verdict.” Repeating the cases once again, rediscovering and negotiating again. Clearly in Johnny’s favor by jury.”

And stupid? He takes away the stress of the past few months – in the true sense of the word. The actor and musician is currently on tour with Jeff Beck and will also perform in Germany in July.
