It’s Jungle Candidate Linda Nobat
Düsseldorf Model and former graduate candidate Linda Nobat moves to a South African jungle camp. Shortly before the start of the show she was on the cover of “Playboy” – a nod to her against racism and for diversity.
Normally Linda Knobat works as a model – but with her entry into this year’s wilderness camp in South Africa, she isn’t in front of a television camera for the first time. Some may still remember him as a graduate candidate: most recently he fought for the heart of Nico Grisart, “The Bachelor” 2021. In 2018 she was named “Miss Hesson”.
And shortly before the start of Jungle Camp, a few people should have noticed them: On January 13, she was on the cover of Playboy. She wrote on Instagram: “I’m still speechless and so grateful to be able to grace the cover! Let’s bring more black girls to the cover of the magazine!” Not only is she proud to be on the cover of one of the world’s most famous magazines, but she also wants to take a stand against racism and diversity.
Nobat, who turns 28 on January 19, shortly before Jungle Camp begins, explains in a video for RTL what she’s terrified of: “The worst thing for me would be these little animals, She says making a face. “These snakes and maggots and everything — I think it’s going to be very, very bad for me.” Anyone who knows Jungle Camp knows they probably won’t be able to escape it.
On the other hand, she has to do without doing anything else: her general personal hygiene, which seems very important to her. “I’m a little concerned about my personal hygiene. Not showering or not applying cream, it’s going to be tough,” she tells the broadcaster.
She does not yet know what role the Hanau women will play in the camp. However, she has often played her part as a woman. Because, as she says, she’s a straightforward person and likes to tell others what she thinks – and doesn’t always meet with approval. “That’s the problem: If you freely express your opinion as a woman, you’re a bitch. I find that unfair.”
