Lamborghini Countach is coming back

(Motorsport-Total.com/Motor1) – This news is actually much more than unexpected. Possibly the most iconic and angular super sports car ever made is apparently being re-released. Not a joke Not April 1. No unofficial rendering. Not a rumour. this message comes straight from lamborghini Myself and the manufacturer announced a new Countach.

On August 9, Lamborghini published a 20-second video on Facebook with lots of wild cuts. It shows the classic Countach poster. But the clip ends with a wedge-shaped car barely visible in the distance and a very simple, clear message: “The new Lamborghini Countach is coming.” But see for yourself…

What else do we know? Actually nothing. A wedge-shaped car is shown under a cloth. Hence the new Countach will be based on the design of the Classic model. Seems so obvious.

However, the question remains whether this is a newly developed model or a newly designed one. aventador? Is the new Countach a series vehicle, a short series or just a design concept? Lamborghini likes to mention the future in its messages. So it’s possible it’s a concept that gives a perspective on the company’s electric ambitions.

Lamborghini Countach: A New Edition Might Look So Cool

And the next question is already in the room: how will the drive be designed? Will the V12 combustion engine, combustion engine with MHEV support, a plug-in hybrid drive or the Countach be a pure electric vehicle?

Question after question. But one thing is certain. We are very excited about the return of Countach. Even if it is just a design study or a production vehicle. It’s been 50 years since the first prototype debuted in 1971 and completely turned the car world upside down. The design was so ahead of its time that the first Countach still looks futuristic today. Can the new version get there?
