Does Hollywood star Brad Pitt want to step down? At around 59 years old, the end of the actor’s career is clearly slowly in sight. What lies ahead of him is his “final stage”, Pitt explains in an interview. However, Angelina Jolie’s ex should not be bored.
Brad Pitt will turn 59 in a few months. Recently, he was not seen as often in the big roles of cinema as he was seen a few years ago. He has also been working as a film producer for a long time. In a new interview, the Hollywood star says that there are probably not many years left in his career.
In an interview with men’s magazine “GQ,” Pitt explained that he was trying to think carefully about what his future might hold and what path he wanted to take for the rest of his career. So he could well imagine that if the timing is right he could appear in one or the other blockbuster – and especially if he has a personal connection to the project.
The actor sees what lies ahead as his “final phase,” or as “the final semester or quarter. What will this segment bring? And how do I want to shape it?” Part of this process is also asking what your dreams might mean – and reflecting on past challenges.
“Being Your Authentic Self”
In California, for example, there’s a lot of talk about “being your authentic self.” He was tormented by the question of what “authentic” meant. For them, this meant getting to the point where they accepted “these deep scars we carry.”
However, the 58-year-old should not be bored. For years, the actor has been kept busy with his ex, Angelina Jolie, who is already moving on to the next round. Since the former Hollywood dream couple split in 2016, the two have had a non-stop battle over the custody of their six children, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, Knox and Maddox. Appearance in regular court has now become routine.
