The Hollywood Reporter said in a statement that the company said it was “too early” to expand the streaming giant’s games.
“We will work hard to deliver the best possible experience with zero ads without in-app purchases for the game in the coming months,” the company said.
It’s not immediately clear when Netflix will launch the mobile game show in other countries, including the US.
But the new release comes a month after Netflix named its senior vice president of game development, Mike Vardow, and executives told investors that Netflix would expand into games when it announced the company’s latest quarterly results.
