dmp files can be helpful for blue screen
In case of blue screen, mini.dmp files are created in the system, which are used for evaluation in the platform,
- choose in system control , system and security , Management out.
- choose advanced System Settings off, and then tab Expansion
- select in area Startup and Recovery alternative Adjustment
- make sure below save debug information kernel memory dump or that small memory dump is selected.
- restart the computer
By default, automatic memory dumps are saved in the file C:\Windows\Minidump\.dmp written.
Please copy the last 5, if existing files, to the desktop, and then pack them as an archive and upload them to us as a rar or zip file
