When he started at BetterUp, one of the key points was to create awareness for this “mental fitness,” explains Harry in an interview with the magazine. “Fast Company”, One question said that the pandemic has triggered several trends in the workplace. “This work has never been more important because people are finally paying attention to it, and a big part of that mission is to create awareness and continue to drive this conversation,” Harry said.
He himself recently found that resignations are not necessarily bad. “In fact, it’s a sign that knowing yourself comes with a need for change,” says Royal. “Many people around the world are stuck in jobs that didn’t bring them joy – and now they put their mental health and happiness first. It’s something that should be celebrated.”
