Putin calls for recognition of demilitarization of Ukraine and annexation of Crimea

Hanover/Kyiv. After his troops invaded Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin called for the demilitarization of the country and the recognition of Crimea as part of Russia. The AFP news agency reported this, citing the Kremlin, which quoted from a telephone call between Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday.

Macron calls for respect for human rights
