Although soy is not listed on the ingredients list, it is indeed the problem and the reason for the Kaufland recall. Grill product contains soy, although this has not been declared. A mistake for soy allergy sufferers who are not without.

Recall in Kaufland – in rare cases, there is a risk of shortness of breath when consumed

According to the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL), its consumption can cause symptoms such as itching and swelling of the mucous membranes of the lips, mouth and throat. In rare cases, reactions such as diarrhea, cough, or shortness of breath may occur. are also possible.

According to LGL, about 3 percent of Germany’s population is allergic to soy. Kaufland’s customers who are not allergic to soy can consume “K-Take It Veggie” products without hesitation.

All other customers can return skewers at all Kaufland branches throughout Germany. As always with a recall, you should be refunded – that too without a receipt.
