Munich NS Siemens-Group largely outsources business. More than 7000 employees are affected worldwide, about 2200 of them in Germany, Handelsblatt learned from corporate circles. Siemens’ new boss Roland Bush is cleaning up the portfolio. In the industrial sectors, however, it was emphasized that it was not planning to turn the technology conglomerate into a pure IT company. “The combination of hardware and software is precisely Siemens’ strength.”
