Skull: The Hero SlayerHits between indie raglights NEOWIZ Published and developed by SouthPAW Games, it has just released version 1.0 after spending about 10 months in Early Access on Steam. It currently has over 7k reviews with a 93% positive rating and this update will be the largest yet.
1.0 includes the final two chapters and several dozen new playable characters, each showing through unique skills and a newly implemented upgrade system. In addition, major changes were made to the overall level design and countless QOL improvements. Several extensive cutscenes have been added to fully tell Skull’s story and to deepen the game’s story.
“We are thrilled to finally release our 1.0 and show everyone what we have been working on over the past five months,” said SouthPoW Games CEO Song Woo Park. “The Early Access phase was an invaluable experience because we were able to gather so much feedback and connect with our community, but now we are ready to take the next step and think the school is finally ready for full release.”
Version 1.0 brings language support for Spanish, Portuguese, French, Polish and Russian. SouthPAW Games plans to launch Skul for PS4, Xbox One and Switch earlier this year.
Skull is now available on Steam and will be 20% cheaper over the next two weeks.
