About a month late, the ATP Cup is the first tennis highlight on this year’s schedule, when the world’s best tennis professionals compete against each other in a team competition shortly before the Australian Open.

Akash telecasts the ATP Cup and reports daily from Melbourne from Monday to Tuesday, a total of over 60 hours. Sky reflects all matches and all other encounters of Austrian and German teams in the conference.
For the ATP Cup, the current FedEx ATP ranking list applies, through which national teams and individual players qualify for the ATP Cup. The 12 teams play against each other in a three-day group stage in groups of three. Two singles and one doubles are played per game. The group winners qualify for the semi-finals. The final will take place on 6 February.
All matches of the Austrian and German teams remain on the sky
Austria will initially take on Italy and France in the group stage, starting with singles players Dominic Thiem and Denis Novak, as well as doubles Fils Oswald and Tristan-Samuel Weisborn. It starts at night for the red-white-red team from Monday to Tuesday. This was followed by Italy with top players Matteo Beretini and Fabio Fognini. At night from Wednesday to Thursday, the French, led by Gayle Monfils, will play. Explosives: The French veteran has been trained by Geanther Bresnick, a former coach of Thiem, since November 2020. However, Bresnick did not fly to Australia. The site of Monfils is seen by Austrian Richard Ruckelshausen, who also serves as the captain of the French team.
