He made her an offer he couldn’t refuse…
“Rocky” icon Sylvester Stallone (75) has an XL pizza with movie buddy Al Pacino (82, “The Godfather”) in Beverly Hills! Two Hollywood heroes are currently shooting for a joint project.
Almost 60 years in business – and still hungry (for success)! Because two megastars are actors.
Pacino’s career began in 1972 with the Mafia classic “The Godfather” by master director Francis Ford Coppola (83).
In his role as Michael Corleone, Pacino inherited his father Don Vito—played by the famous Marlon Brando (80)—on the family throne.
Pacino almost did not get the role. Studio owners saw Pacino not as a vengeful Mafia godfather, also because of his childish appearance (he was 32 at the time).
And Stallone? He also wanted to participate in “The Godfather”. But he was still far from acting. She applied to become an additional, but didn’t even get that job.
It was only after a few minor roles that Stallone found major success with the boxer film “Rocky” (1976).
Today both are true legends…
