The system requirements for next week’s action adventure Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy are moderate by comparison. This only applies to CPU, GPU and RAM, as there is a lot of demand in terms of storage space.
Guardians of the Galaxy requires a lot of storage space
One on Steam for the PC version of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy published system requirements Provide impressive 150 GB free space for installation. That means the upcoming title Eidos-Montreal isn’t the biggest yet in terms of storage requirements the title still deserves. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare with 231 GB at that time, but is undoubtedly one of the heavyweights and on par with Microsoft Flight Simulator or Rockstar Red Dead Redemption 2.
In comparison, the demand for computing power is almost less. The minimum required are 4-core processors that are relatively old AMD Ryzen 1400 and Intel Core i5-4460. As for the GPU, it should be at least Radeon RX 570 or GeForce GTX 1060 performance class. There is also 8 GB RAM.
This should be twice the memory for the “recommended” system requirements. Beyond that, the Ryzen 5 1600 or Core i7-4790 as well as the Radeon RX 590 and GeForce GTX 1660 Super are somewhat faster, but by no means up-to-date hardware.
On October 26, 2021, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy will be released for PC and existing game consoles. The game is based on the comic series of the same name and follows protagonist Peter Jason Quill aka Star-Lord through a single-player adventure from a third-person perspective.
