The 14th season of ‘The Biggest Loser’ is over. As always, a winner was chosen in the last episode: It’s Patrick Galle. He has lost half his body weight.

Patrick Galle is the winner ofbiggest loser” 2022 or “Life Made Easy”, as the show is now called. The 25-year-old has lost more than 94 kilograms: the scales showed a weight of 97 kilograms in the final this Sunday. At the start of the season, Galle was still 191 Yes, it was 4 kg.

A total of three candidates and one candidate made it to the finals. All participants of “Life Made Easy” lost a total of 925.9 kg within several months of hard training and dietary changes.

Among them was Fabian Galle, the twin brother of the winner. He lost 76 kg, which corresponds to a decrease of 44.24 per cent from his starting weight of 171.8 kg. He barely made it to the finals.

Equally happy Fabian Galle is quoted by the broadcaster as saying: “Patrick and I moved on from the beginning and kept building each other up when inspiration went down the drain. I was incredulous at what we both did. Absolutely proud.” Together, the twins lost 170.4 kg.
