US President Donald Trump has said his youthful brother is owning a “tough time” as he visited him in a New York Metropolis medical center.

Mr Trump wore a deal with mask as he entered New York-Presbyterian Hospital on Friday afternoon, remaining for about 45 minutes.

US media studies say Robert Trump, 72, is significantly ill, but it is not clear why he was admitted to the facility.

He applied to take care of the Trump property empire’s real-estate investments.

“I hope he is okay,” the president explained to reporters en route to the medical center. “He has a challenging time. He’s having a tough time.”

Immediately after the clinic stop by, Mr Trump, 74, flew to his golf club in nearby Bedminster, New Jersey, for the weekend.

He also informed reporters: “I have a excellent brother. We have experienced a excellent relationship for a extended time.
