UP Police Officer Devendra Kumar Mishra Killed By Gangster Vikas Dubey Through Raid Had Named Cops In Letter

The Uttar Pradesh police are investigating a letter reportedly composed by the officer who led a failed raid on infamous gangster Vikas Dubey on Friday and was killed together with seven other cops.
