At the Infocom Show in Las Vegas Lenovo Preview of a new ThinkSmart One Smart Collaboration Bar. The device, which is equipped with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and around eight microphone arrays, aims to facilitate video conferences in small to medium-sized conference rooms. It can be mounted on the wall and supports both Microsoft Teams Room and Zoom Room. The producer already had it last fall presented two video conferencing kits,
The slim bar also features an eleventh-generation Intel Core processor with vPro technology, 15-watt stereo speakers, and an integrated high-resolution camera. These include a ThinkSmart controller, which is equipped with a 10.1-inch touchscreen. The accessory is used to control and manage meetings.
The ThinkSmart One Smart Collaboration Bar also packs 8GB of DDR4 RAM, 256GB of SSD memory, and an integrated Intel graphics unit. The device has two HDMI out ports, one HDMI port, two USB Type-A ports, and two USB Type-C ports. There are also two RJ45 network connections, one of which must be PoE-capable.
However, it will still take some time before the video bar becomes available. According to Lenovo, it is not expected that they will be available until November this year. The manufacturer did not want to comment on the prices yet.
